If we want to really punish companies for being bad, i dont think calling is gonna cut it. We need to aggressively "vote with our wallets" (e.g dump them).

Somewhat predictably, Amazon One Medical health product was crap and because the US system is so shitty i dont think it can add much value.
Limited physical locations, virtual appointment not working (?) and they can't provide me a basic "Doctor's letter".
