I just watched “The Lost Bus” movie about the Camp Fire. As someone who evacuated and still lives in the Paradise area, I’m not sure how I feel about it. It was a pretty intense film, but they took a lot of creative liberties for the plot. The fire itself was as hellish as real life, though.

We played a whopping FIFTEEN board games last night bringing our 2024 total of games played to 318! Trio was the big winner this year, played more than twice as much as any other game. Thank you to everyone that played games with us last year!

We played two games of Blood on the Clocktower yesterday and I was on the good team, then the evil team and won both games! Unfortunately, @shiranai.bsky.social was on the opposite team so he lost both games. :< We still had a great time!

We got a new Bambu Lab X1C printer at work and in 5 hours of print time, I made a copy of Quoridor, one of my favorite 2 player abstract games!

Last night’s game was a very cute, sometimes serious adventure game called Eila and Something Shiny. I highly recommend it to those that like a good story as part of their game! The game includes 7 chapters and we have played 3 so far.
