This year is Digimon Tamers' 25th anniversary, and my next post will be a Worldview Discussion and Summary. Basically, I wanted to gather all existing material about the world of Tamers and make a resource that will make it all easy to learn and verify.

It took time, but I think I finally finished the more difficult parts of my Digimon Tamers text. I still need to divide and organize the unfinished topics, but it should be easier now.
If my PC turns on tomorrow, I'll do a breakdown showing what I have been working on.

After a heavy rain, a leak almost took my computer. Today, the boot problem was back.
That old USB Drive is really making it work past its expiration date by forcing a critical SSD to try to remain with uncorrupted files.
One day it won't work anymore, but I hope it can still last a little longer.

Seeing some of the reaction from this on the other site reminded me of that Dragon Ball interview with Toriyama's editors in which they said that although things like the Oozaru form were added to be exciting, the popularity decreased.

You might also remember that in Digimon Adventure Our War Game Sora's anniversary was an important element in the story. The staff making the movie seems to have had no idea about the "no-birthdates rule", so it's a setting that only exists for the movie and not the TV series.

In China, officially licensed passport holders are being made by Glaze Star using Digimon Adventure's Chosen Children as the theme. It includes character birthdates that some assumed to be an official reveal for the first time, but they are not. Officially, the children don't have birthdates. Why?

Every once in a while there's a new discussion about used terms, and seeing all the discussion about calling the new DBS release a "Remake", "Remaster", or something else makes it feel like people will never move on from this kind of discussion.

Good news. I woke up and my PC is still working. I think doing the deep restoration fixed the problem, or at least did enough that it's at least stable to be used for now today. Maybe the Windows files just corrupted over time for some reason, and this was enough to fix it.
Finally, I got my pc to work again. Still unsure if it's a perfect fix, or if it's only for now. If anything, I might only discover tomorrow as I'll use this time to back up as much Digimon material I can. Yesterday I got to backup the magazines, so now videos and books.

Good news. I woke up and my PC is still working. I think doing the deep restoration fixed the problem, or at least did enough that it's at least stable to be used for now today. Maybe the Windows files just corrupted over time for some reason, and this was enough to fix it.
Finally, I got my pc to work again. Still unsure if it's a perfect fix, or if it's only for now. If anything, I might only discover tomorrow as I'll use this time to back up as much Digimon material I can. Yesterday I got to backup the magazines, so now videos and books.

This time it finally appeared with an error message. Doing a quick search, it seems to some it was caused by a malfunctioning SSD, which I thought to be the case, but sometimes just a corrupted OS. I'll be trying a few more times to see if I can get it restored for now.

It seems it was just luck last time, same thing today. At least l, before turning off yesterday I got to backup one od my Digimon folders. I'm hoping this gets to work again so I can continue saving my files.

At least I can access the BIOS and everything is detected. I'll try doing a Windows reinstall with an USB Drive and see if that is enough to restore my Boot SSD, if not I at least hope that is the only problem.

The more I research what I might wrong with my PC, I can only understand that it can be anything. A lot of examples with the same symptoms as me, but a lot of them with different causes. Some it's the motherboard, others is the CPU, others is the SSD, etc.

I was just finishing all the conceptual part of my Digimon Tamers post and preparing to start the next topic. Since the structure is easier to write about, I wondered if I could even release it this weekend. I think there's no way I can get it done in time for the anniversary.
It seems like my PC died. No idea what it was. It was already having some problems to turn it on as it sometimes had to self-repair, but now it just won't go past the motherboard logo. I guess I'll have to just stop for a time.

It might as well be because Hiroko was my favorite character in Digimon Story Time Stranger, but I had a lot more fun in this episode compared to the last one. I also enjoy Asuna and Simmons, so I wonder if I'll also like Episode 3.

Only the GAKU-RAN being meant to be continually burning is something I think no one got from the scene in Savers.
Both fanarts and games like Digimon RPG and Super Rumble often portray this form as naturally fully engulfed in flames, which was meant as a momentary situation.

I know quite a few people seem to only think of Merciful Mode in the context of Digimon Adventure Tri. and believe it can only appear when all those Digimon merge together, but that isn't the basic setting for the character. I wonder if this DLC can change this perception.

The only logical reason one could make to have Omegamon Merciful Mode here is to have a Royal Knight that is also Angel-like, and then having the Bancho beat him up to reference the profiles.
Of course, I doubt there was any thought besides "add one Omegamon to every DLC pack".
