Finally finished my collection of Nice House on the Lake by @jamesthefourth.bsky.social and @amartinezbueno.bsky.social I cant wait to get caught up on By the Sea. James is a master story teller and Alvaro makes some great decisions with the character looks and designs of the house. Such a fun read

I loved No Place #1 by @hackintimseeley.bsky.social and Stefano Simeone. Great world building in this 1st issue and Simeone's colors are absolutely phenomenal. Cant wait to see where they take this story.

I went to Ireland and I found A Fool's Campaign by @barryosullivart.bsky.social Really loved the art work and colors. I think Barry did a great job of letting the art work tell the story. If you're ever in Dublin stop by Forbidden Planet and find his stuff.

I loved Roots of Madness #1. @stephwilliams.bsky.social developed such a good premise and wrote an amazing comic book. It is obvious the rest of the story will go into a different world, but this one is driven by a really cool main character. Also has amazing art by Letizia Cadonici. Get it now!

Finally got around to finishing Black Cloak by @kellythompson.bsky.social and @iniquitousfish.bsky.social. Oh man, I love this series. A great story brought to life in a really fun, colorful magical world. If you like Fantasy and noir, you'll love this series.

Murder Podcast #1 is not to be missed. This comic by @jerhaun.bsky.social and Mike Tisserand is fantastic. What if a true murder podcast is now forcing people to go on murderous rampage? I cant wait to read the rest of this series.

So, Red Hood was cancelled because of what Gretchen Felker-Martin said about the shooting of Charlie Kirk. Are they also going to stop selling anything Sandman related because Niel Gaiman was a monster and sexually harassed women his entire career?

Recently re-read the Hawkeye run by Matt Fraction with his Batman run coming out. Man, this is easily one of the best super hero runs of all time. Really developing Clint and Kate as round characters like never before. If you haven't read this series, get on it right now.

I absolutely loved Everything Dead and Dying #1 by @tatebrombal.bsky.social and @thatjacobphillips.bsky.social Just a man trying to love with his zombie friends and family was such a cool idea for a comic book and I cant wait to see where they take it.
