LIstening to @adamwathan.com's podcast. Tailwind has such unique business challenges in the age of AI.

Is there a model for subscription MCP servers or password protected LLM docs with a restrictive license?

I'd pay 5-10/month for tools that helped my coding agents produce better tailwind code...

I'm looking for a remote Rust/Elixir role (EU-friendly timezones, US East is ok).

I have 7 years of #rustlang, 9 years of #elixirlang, 20+ years of #linux.

I have over 20 years of experience as a professional developer, and I've been working remotely for 12 years.

Good episode.

Claude Code et. al. are a godsend for us with kids where 'nights and weekends' are pretty much spoken for and side projects were previously a non-starter.

Now I can spend an hour writing ~5 specs and then implement them using claude.ai/code on the web in the background...

I'm looking for my next opportunity in the front-end space 🌐

I've worked at some great companies: Hugging Face, V7, Appwrite, and Significa.

I've built NPM packages with 400k downloads/week, and am an avid open-source contributor.

Let me know if you want to work together!

I hope Democrats realize that the Republicans aren't keeping the filibuster out of some sense of fairness and tradition.

They don't want to end the shutdown and the filibuster gives them cover.

If it was in their best interest (ie. no reconciliation process), it would have been gone ages ago.

@justinjackson.ca mentioned it a bit on his podcast, but what are people doing with AI to automate the bug (or feature request)-to-PR flow.

@joshpigford.com made something a year ago that did it with bugs.

A Canny.io integration that took feature requests and made an issue or PR would be cool.

So are they claiming Trump signed 1,500+ pardons for January 6th? Or was it autopen? Or some "batch" pardon??

I am looking for a full-time job.

Being independent in open source for 3.5+ years has been wonderful. I've gotten done most of the high-level goals I wanted to, and miss having people & structure around me.

If you know of a role for a staff-level TypeScript+web developer, let me know! 🙂

I'd like to see the 'No Kings' march make a specific statement.

Pick a single corporation that is complying with Trump (slashing DEI programs, contributing to ballrooms, etc) or using Trump as cover to slash employee welfare, etc.

They have to be Business-to-Consumer (B2C)... probably retail...

I like that the Democrats are "taking a stand" but I don't think they have a real strategy -- not that they have much leverage at all.

I'd say it's time for them to back down. They can't let SNAP benefits lapse and people need to live...

Can we do something about all the ".{directory}" and "/{config}.yaml|json|js|xml" hell?

Maybe:
"config.json|yaml|js|xml" is just a reserved file and if you need to write a config file it goes in a top level element:

{
"pint": {},
".mcp": {},
"jsconfig": {}
}

My #laravel agentic workflow is:

- Claude Code
- AgentOs 2.0 (thx @briancasel.com)
- Rector
- Phpstan
- Pint
- Pest

The end result is type-safe, good looking, Laravel-way and well-tested code...

...that I had very little part in writing.

The role of a developer is changing so much.
