A Classics degree appears to be a good qualification for becoming a massive bullshiter like all the politicians that have that degree. Their ability to analyse anything complex is minimal. Which leads to nonsense like "we don't need experts" No of these muppets could put together a plan.
It's an argument but I'm not convinced. I have an engineering degree. University is a starting point for becoming and engineer which happens after at least 5 years actually doing design work. A PPE degree then going into politics means you actually know nothing useful.
