I've never really used capture clips but I am pretty bought into the PD mount ecosystem. Considering they pretty much invented the capture clip I think they're probably still great!

The Nikon ZR gets surprisingly close to a real RED camera (for a lot less money)
But it goes in the opposite direction when it comes to hardware.

Even if R3D NE isn't quite what you get from a real RED, the ZR gets damn close, with a few benefits you won't get from a RED body.

I think they've been trying to get people to use the membership feature on channels more since they're getting their lunch eaten by Patreon etc. But also... they don't really advertise the feature at all and nobody uses it.
