I heard Bovino say that the Border Patrol Agent that shot Pretti was out of state and we would never know who he is. It's my opinion that Minnesota Law enforcement should charge Bovino with harboring a fugitive and bring him up on federal charges. Wouldn't that be an interesting experiment?

POTUS oath "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." At what point do we hold the POTUS accountable breaking that oath?
