I have never listened to First Aid Kit and not felt better about life

The hardest part of going to sleep is knowing what to do with your arms. I wish these limbs were detectable.

Spent the afternoon walking the dogs listening to Donna Summer, then reading with Mozart on in the background. A bit of self care and distraction.

Watching the cricket 100 final. Not my sport but enjoying it all the same.
