a person in the audience threw a flag onto the stage. A kneecap band member picked it up. As soon as he did an undercover cop raced forward and charged him. It was never going to win in trial and looked like they had been set up by police. Ended up just generating publicity for the band.

Toronto has some neighborhoods which are dominated by specific ethnic groups and diaspora can exaggerate ties to their homeland. Gasparri's riding includes Forest Hill, Jewish and pro Israel. Illegally banning Kneecap & pro Israel policies are about buying votes

While visiting Nokia’s HQ in 2003 I asked a VP about phones & brain health. He said “look around you, do you see anyone holding their phone to their ear? (No one was). I’ll never speak on this again”. Phones today emit higher radiation. Use ear buds. Bluetooth is much lower.

Consultants tell him which issues to focus on that will resonate with the public but will cost him little. Same way large grocery stores know the few products people use as indicators if prices are expensive or not. These are kept low while the rest are inflated.

And articulate it well. Look at Gary’s Economics on YouTube. He advocates for wealth inequality and has 1.5M subs, enough to impact political discourse and parties in the UK. A progressive narrative is nothing if not disseminated effectively (bypassing trad media)

exactly. remember we saved GM from collapse then "forgave" the loans. Now GM shifting production to USA. The Cons & Libs maintain 1st past the post voting to ensure there is no alternative. Public doesn't like it? too bad.

i lived in the UK for 5 years. my experience is that there is a big gulf between ordinary people (decent, have moral courage) and the ruling classes (psychopaths). btw they also went to war to sell drugs (opium wars in china) and created a famine in India killing a few hundred thousand.
