Without naming your job, tell me something you say over and over again at work.

“Okay. How are we going to try this case?”
Without naming your job, tell me something you say over and over again at work.

"Well, it's two questions. Or a comment and a question."

If it’s news to Oregonians, it’s no longer in the Washington Post. #iykyk
Washington Post’s new motto:

“Democracy dies in dark irony and plutocratic venality.”
WASHINGTON (AP) — Washington Post says one-third of its staff across all departments, not just the newsroom, is being laid off.

Judge Michael Simon said it:

“In a well-functioning constitutional democratic republic, free speech, courageous newsgathering, and nonviolent protest are all permitted, respected, and even celebrated. In anauthoritarian regime, that is not the case.” Dickinson v. Trump, No. 3:25-cv-2170-SI ECF 68

“Mr. Graham said he and others told Mr. Trump that they needed to find a solution.”

What sort of solution, Senator? A final one? Or did you have something else in mind?

When the history of our current darkness gets written, we should ensure that Minneapolis is front and center. And since history is written by the winners, we must know our assignment.

I’m seeing recurring arguments between leftists and liberals, and honestly I want to line up all parties Stooges style and Mo-slap everyone.

How about we focus on the fascists? We may disagree on many things. But those disagreements are petty when compared to what we must fight.

I’m old enough to remember when federal courts provided a remedy for cases in which federal agents violated a citizen’s constitutional rights.

But the Roberts Court largely did away with that. That said, I would still file any of these cases.

So I’m guessing I got added to some far left fuckhead’s horrifying lists (eg, “genocide enthusiast”—wtaf?) because of my obviously Semitic name and appearance.

Isn’t it great when both the far left and far right agree on antisemitism?

So let’s see. Trump up drug charges to get at the oil? And then
we won’t be talking about affordability, Epstein, or measles.

We have always been at war with Eastasia.

If the Democrats retake Congress this must be on the priority list of legislative initiatives.
Yes, Trump will veto it. But signing this bill must be a campaign issue for any 2028 Dem candidate.

These congressmen want to give you the right to sue federal law enforcement for violating your rights
The proposed bills aim to codify a 1971 Supreme Court ruling that allowed individuals to sue the feds for Fourth Amendment violations.

Epstein “alleged” in emails that Trump knew or that Trump was there?

No @nytimes.com. He “wrote” or “said.”

His emails and his statements are not pleadings or indictments.

Can you please do democracy a solid and report accurately and without shading?

We will starve hungry Americans. We will cripple our transportation network. We will occupy American cities. We will kidnap people and disappear them.

We will do anything and everything so that everyone forgets about the Epstein files and that the president is a pedophile.
