a) I do not choose which contractor company we go with, nor do I negotiate contracts.

b) Cold calls and unsolicited services almost certainly guarantee that if I did need such, I would choose anyone rather than the one pestering me.

I've had a vendor reaching out to me for the past 6 weeks, and almost weekly trying to get me to hire his contractors. I have refused several times, and today, hopefully, he'll finally get the clue.
