Small update about this, I was thinking about making both a SFW and NSFW version for Hypermancer and asked Steam about what they would consider best practice for it.
They recommended to make the base game SFW with a DLC that unlocks the NSFW aspects of the game.
Sounds like a good plan tbh.

For what it's worth, I asked in relation to my own adult game and got confirmation that they can be released on Early Access.
I'll try shipping Hypermancer on there next month and report on it as it goes. 👍
