It has almost been a year since the PCRF fundraiser - feeling extra thankful for all the folks who worked with me on this last year. $8900 raised!

Sadly, I just haven't found the time to do another fundraiser this year. Instead, I will donate $50 to The Zaynab Project for the time being.

Granted, that requires people attending an actual meeting!

Here is some background info.

The workers signed union cards with SEIU 32BJ and Phipps management is now replacing Sodexo (the contractor), and won't guarantee the workers will remain employed in a switch.
