So why aren't millions of us in the street non stop? Thats what it takes, not these politely spaced out marches. They know we are doing what is convenient and won't take us seriously until we show we are more than willing to suffer to get them gone.

Medicaid is the organization billed for those emergencies. There is no other health service entity in place to do so.
