Missing my point - that’s not a real word!
Banish car traffic. You generally leave access of some kind for emergency vehicles, as well as for vehicles of disabled residents, but other than that cars are not allowed to drive through there.

#AT40 July 1977 just finished freshman year of HS, started packing up the house for our move from our home for most of my life in Indiana to northern Virginia in August. Many of these songs already bringing back those memories.
