Well, the orthopedic nurse practitioner said it was healing up well, said I didn't need the boot. I'm not convinced at this point they didn't totally miss something. I'll see how it's doing over the next few days.

I'd say we're already in big trouble and have been for a long time. The stratification of society is (and has always been) the genesis of most of the world's problems.

None of which he wants to talk about or draw attention to, lest he lose money. I noted he said it's "not going to happen anywhere near the velocity people think..." which doesn't mean it's not going to happen.

I also made the mistake of trying to drive for Uber Eats for a little while last night. It wasn't too bad until the last delivery was on the second floor and of course had to walk up all those steps and then back down.
