I will remember to use #Lyft now. #Uber owes me $21.17. I'm only asking for $20 back, but evidently they think they need it more than I do. I'm 74 & need it to buy medication. They are claiming they'll respond in 12 hours but it has been 24 hours already!
They are horrible at delivery too - lost medication, lost food. I've always used Lyft for rides. They're pricier, but good.
