Start daily journaling, 10 minutes in the am. Eat clean food. Reduce alcohol consumption. Go to a comedy club for a good belly laugh. Go for a daily walk. Get 8 hr of sleep. Pay yourself first..save a few bucks out of every paycheck. Don’t sweat the small stuff… and it’s all small stuff

While the child he sexually abused will be a sexual abuse survivor for her entire life. The pain, shame & horror of childhood sexual abuse never completely goes away. Sexual abuse is murder. He murdered the person she was before he abused her. She will never be that person again.
