I do think the Sophie scarf is a perfect beginner pattern. It's taught me right off the bat how to increase and decrease a stitch, how to create an i-cord edge, and learning how to keep track of stitch count when it matters in a pattern. Overall, it's been fun.

Watching a video about starbucks bear cup craze, and it's crazy because I didn't even know about the cup until two days later, when everyone was complaining about it being sold out. I bet I can find a cuter one on TB. I really did think we weren't drinking their shit in 2025.

Not that I have any right to say how people should live their lives, but some people solely travel to foreign countries to shop (and often eat western food) and I think that's kind of lame. I get the shopping scene in places like Japan are nice, but is that really ALL we care about?
