I wish I wasn't so badly dominated by frustration and anger (I'd rather be dominated by my wife-I mean, what?), it feels so shitty to experience those emotions so frequently. I'm trying so hard to retrain my emotional reactions but I just, can't seem to shake it, idk

A:Genuinely had moment today where I got mad at something and then had to stop myself from crying. But not like, angry crying, crying because I saw my reaction to the thing was anger and I just... it hurts that it's how I react to things. I don't like getting mad, I wish I wasn't like that

I know they aren't to blame tho, Russ has no control over our fronting habits. If anything, I feel a little guilty about the whole thing because I'm the one who does (kinda)? I don't know, the dynamic just isn't ideal and I feel bad about that
