If you've got ice stuck in places, you break that shit off and smash it to pieces. That's what needs to happen to ICE. Smash all those subhumans to pieces.

TO BE FAIR, most of the anime I've seen is before '06, or not even listed. But yes, I have not watched most mainstream anime.
