how do you handle lore adherence/strictness?
let's go with a scale from 1-10, where 1 is "i only acknowledge what's explicitly confirmed to exist in-game", 5 is "i fill in empty gaps but don't rewrite things" and 10 is "i have rewritten the entire setting"

Maybe I do need to get on heliosphere, I make way too many stupid mistakes that I don't notice until hours later. Like not noticing the entire armor files didnt get added because I had them in textools for testing purposes and evidently forgot to click save when I made the modpack. Oops lol.

Updated Void Jumper to 1.2! Pushed out an update yesterday but it was limited since I couldn't test without glamourer.
Fixed that weird ammo pouch strap glitch, it didn't used to do that but its fixed now. Also made those crunchy bolts blend better.
Remade the gloves as well.

Updated Void Jumper to 1.2! Pushed out an update yesterday but it was limited since I couldn't test without glamourer.
Fixed that weird ammo pouch strap glitch, it didn't used to do that but its fixed now. Also made those crunchy bolts blend better.
Remade the gloves as well.

Hoping the new sets play nice with my desire of making mecha nobility mashups to match the inspiration. In the meantime though I'm going to play around with orbital boarding armored plugsuit vibes. Also adjusted the helmet geometry a bit.

One of the goofier thought experiments towards XIV lore I have: an OC on the first could get access to an actual literal earth AK through obsolete resistance android gear. Even without neir, it was invented by one guy within a lifetime of novrandts pistol tech which is turn of the century 20th.

This is going to sound accusatory, but I truly mean it as respectfully as possible.
I think when an overhaul or mod is paid, it creates the inherent need to be a one man army. Modding teams become unviable. You can't ask or pay other people for help, so you do what you can for assets— like AI

NGL, the latter half of this year has been rough, and its probably not going to improve in the near future. Luckily Im in a very fortunate position where even in bad spots I have shoulders to lean on.
In a time where art is more devalued than ever, Ive made some of the stuff Im the most proud of.
