We were honoured to host the UK's last ECJ judge, Prof Christopher Vajda KC, for our 2025 Annual Lecture last Thursday. Prof Vajda's talk, "Is the Right to Privacy Too Important in EU Law?", invited us to reflect upon the consistency of EU case law, judicial dialogue, and EU accession to the ECHR.
