[And we do feel that within some of our existing relationships, but its absence elsewhere is enough to cause us untold distress] [Like, if we're not important or valued enough by someone as to be Known as a part of them, then we see ourselves as a Replaceable Part of that person]

[Maybe that's the clout brain at work, wanting us to be known, but we also want people to see us and think of our loved ones as well, we want to be made up of them just as we would make up a vital part of them]

[one thing that we realized is important to us recently is Association, and not in the way that our OCD gives us mental breakdowns over. we have this strange desire to like, be important enough to someone that others associate Us with Them, and Them with Us, it's really strange...]

[And at that point, we don't really know what we'd Want. We DON'T want to be the center of everyone's universe, we get panic attacks just from getting 5 separate DMs at once] [Maybe feeling like a connective tissue between our loved ones would be enough, but there's holes in that idea]

[Because of course, if it's all interconnected, it's possible we see others forming stronger bonds than with us, and wouldn't that provoke our syndromes?] [Maybe, maybe not, but it's enough of a worry to get at a bigger picture, that of course being The Abandonment Complex]
