Restricting the expression of sexuality through fiction and art made by adults, for adults – including those you find personally disturbing or offputting – is conservative censorship, full stop. When that censorship disproportionately affects subgroups, that's also discrimination. For shame.

Reasons we haven’t:

Racism/bigotry: if American politicians could enact this for ONLY straight white people they would have done it ages ago.

Capitalism: Poverty/Homelessness is an unspoken threat to the working class: accept shit jobs & wages OR ELSE.

Normalize inconsistency in your art. Normalize not making every art piece super detailed and intricate. Normalize just creating art for the sake of it.
