Sunday evening run. Got out and hit a wall just short of 2km but managed a slower 4km. Probably a bit of an ask after yesterday’s 10km, following by refereeing then running up and down a line today. Did it all nevertheless and feeling good for it.

Another great two footballing sides in the Leicester vets league. REFSIX didn’t sync so had to go old school with solely the book. A good run, jog and stroll around the pitch for 80 mins. #Refereeing

An absolute honour to attend the book launch of Jack’s and Charlotte’s book, Planning for Adaptive Teaching in the Primary Curriculum. It’s a strange world when you look back and Charlotte was a student in my class when I was a teacher, and Jack was one of my teachers as a Headteacher.
