One thing I am quikly coming to the conclusion to is that with more and more AI and the inability for young people to understand how to use that to help them rather than use it to be lazy and avoid work that computer based anything and multiday projects where they can work on it beyond.....

One of the things I hate about education unions in my state is teachers can refuse to join but still get the same contract as the ones in the Union. They should have to do their own negotiations and deal with whatever they get.

You know my teacher training was pretty good about warning me how hard managing kids would be. It did not prepare me for how would crushing professional development usually is.

I had this one built for awhile but a piece was broken to attach one of the guns. Managed to find a replacement part and fix the problem. Looks awesome now.

One thing that I have seen more of in the last three years. Parents taking their kids out of school to do on week long vacations. I seriously question your parenting priorities on this if you do it.

Maybe I'm in the wrong, but whenever I see a video of a content creator bitching about high school and how it didn't work for them and they had to do things they didn't want to, I just think of them as completely selfish. School is not about job skills it's about being a less dumb person.

So I have really turned towards Metal as a music genre the last few years. Mostly Power and Symphonic Metal though. I dont need the angry stuff I have enough angry stuff in my life. At this state I think I can say Unleash the Archers has topped Nightwish as my favorite band.

OK Airbrush Gunpla journey continues. Bout myself a cheep high table to work from and a super bright adjustable lamp with a wide light surface. The desk and chair is nice for working. The light was a game changer though. Getting the parts looking good is so much easier.
