How did that go?
Jeanine Pirro bragging in August that she just arrested Sandwich Guy and was going to teach him a lesson in court.
They claim that they have a right not to feed people.
The U.S. Dist. Court ordered the regime to fully fund the nation’s food benefits program for November. Cruelty on display: The regime is fighiting this ruling.

Or: Appeal It Now, Or Ignore It Now? That is the question.

Personally, I did not know before now, that Courts even have a YouTube channel. I intend to be there, and I hope you will be there too.
The Court also wrote:

"The Court will provide a link on its website for public viewing via the Court’s YouTube channel."

The Court set a Hearing via Zoom for Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 3:30 P.M. for “counsel only“ (emphasis in original, with underlining that BlueSky does not have available at this time). If you are interested in attending but like me you are not a counsel of record, we can attend together.

The Judges in any case may or may not have the power of contempt over other people, but they do have the power of contempt over the lawyers that appear before them. They can hold the lawyers in contempt if warranted.

The regime said they would pay all the expenses of the program first, and then pay for one-half (1/2) of the food benefits due in November.
I have looked at the report of the regime and its attached unsworn declaration in the Rhode Island Federal Court case.

The one guy's face can clearly be seen. A good lawfirm has the resources to ID the perpetrator, just as they would in any other personal injury case. And this looks like a good PI injury case to bring, including false imprisonment, battery, and if it's available, intentional infliction.
That’s why I wrote this only in a P.S., so as not to be a distraction from the main point here. But I thought you should see more of what’s going on than you might otherwise see on TV or read somewhere else.
Let’s not let their snarkiness distract us from the Court Order that “this payment [of food benefits mandated by Congress] must be made ‘by the end of the day Monday, November [3], 2025.’”

The day after the regime reported this decision, those lawyers filed a motion to enforce the Court's Order -- and asked the Court to enter another Order if need be.

Yes, it's a choice. It's the regime's choice not to fully fund food benefits appropriated by Congress. Yet the lawyers in the Rhode Island case did not miss a beat: ...
And this is probably the least offensive of the unprofessional antics of the regime’s lawyers who are signing off on pleadings, appearing at Hearings, and showing up at Trials. Those who live by the Snark, may “Out-Snark” Themselves if they keep it up. Professionalism demands much more than snark.
If you are going to be snarky about other people's mistakes, you had better not make any mistakes yourself.

They have entered dangerous territory. In this Rhode Island case, they may have gone a bridge too far, as they say.
I did not have the time or space to mention it earlier, but the regime’s lawyers have gone way beyond professionalism as a rule.

Once the cruelty begins, it never ends apparently. Welcome to the Roy Cohn theory of governing. It's identical to the Roy Cohn theory of litigation.

So it’s on to other things including appeals. But let’s never forget that the evidence does not show any “emergency” in Portland.

I don’t think the evidence will show any “emergency” in Chicago, either, or in New York City, or ……
THE REAL NEWS IS NO PORTLAND EMERGENCY FOR NATIONAL GUARD.

A Federal Judge took evidence at a trial and ruled no emergency at least until the end of the week.
