The preview party for The Slaughterville 13 was a success! Everyone enjoyed the show! I’m going make some adjustments to the public experience based on what I learned last night. Thanks to everybody who was able to come! We’ll open this event to the public on October 30 so get your tickets now!
Some photos are better left undeveloped. A ghost tour, a vintage camera, and a picture that follows you home. Read my horror short, "The Cursed Photo from the Barbershop."

Stop at Kendall's in Noble on the way for a chicken-fried steak (the most supernatural of all steaks) or grab a pizza from Jo's Famous Pizza in Purcell. Either way, go support women, STEM, and Dennis.

The Slaughterville 13 is my War of the Worlds–inspired horror radio play set on Friday, October 13, 1989. The story follows Chris King, a late-night host broadcasting live from the grand opening of the Twilight Drive-In Theater in Slaughterville, Oklahoma. Full premiere this October!
In this clip from The Slaughterville 13, a young caller shares her terrifying walk home through the cemetery after watching The Lost Boys. What starts as a nervous laugh quickly unravels as three shadowy figures with inhuman heads watch from the mausoleum. #RadioPlay

Remember: The recipe for economic growth isn’t tax cuts for the rich. It’s investment in our people — in health care, infrastructure and education — to build a strong middle class.

You don't grow the economy through trickle-down nonsense.
But lasagna takes some serious time to cook! You got to plan early if you want lasagna.

Did some voice recording for my horror radio drama, The Slaughterville 13.
Tonight! Jeff and I will be at Le Visage Spa and Wellness in Norman for a book signing.
The DJ, Chris King, takes calls about strange lights, disappearing cattle, and creatures no one can explain as the night spirals into chaos. Would you attend?
Imagine this—you’re parked in the middle of a field on a crisp October night. You turn your radio to a special frequency. What you hear is a broadcast from October 13, 1989, when a drive-in theater in Slaughterville opened for one night—and never again.
A quick update on the progress of Yes! Science! While we didn’t hit our fundraising goal, tomorrow I have a meeting with the folks at the Innovation Hall which will shape the next steps for the series. Stay tuned!
I know some of you are sad about the closing of JOANN’s, and so I wanted to share in Moore there is a new local yarn shop called Little Tabby Yarn. They are in their soft opening phase and planning on doing classes and knitting nights so come check them out!
