This is why working weekends, late nights or sacrificing YOUR time is stupid…that won’t matter one bit when someone looks at a spreadsheet on how to cut headcount. Always protect yourself and your time in your job. ✌️🕊️

They don’t care about employees or workers at all. When they “feel” your usefulness is no longer needed they will offer you the door before they push you through it.

I think federal employees who were offered buyouts to resign and leave are finally finding out how tech employees of these “tech bro” run companies have felt.
