I’m still interested in drawing the figure, but my focus is shifting towards an awareness of the moment, my own wandering interests in the drawing process and the mood of the model.
I met Justine a while ago and we’ve kept in touch, mostly comparing notes about our travels to Europe. He works at the VA where he puts in insane hours, but you wouldn’t notice it when you’re hanging out with him. He’s smart, funny, and always good company.
