Everytime I sleep on my back my sleep paralysis kicks in. I’ve been able to get up in my dream body and do nonsensical things. This time it was peeing in my shoe. When I started peeing I automatically woke up in my actual body and found out I did not in fact pee in my shoe. Thank god.

Recently switched my music streaming service over to Qobuz and for whatever reason, there’s no way to transfer over all of my liked song from Spotify??? So I’ve taken on the Herculean task of transferring all of my liked songs manually. I’ll keep y’all updated 🫡
