Political content. Cutting through the distraction. Focusing on what's broken: the system, the media and the economy as well as on the climate crisis. Dev Raval is the human running this account.

The Gorton by-election isn’t just a test for Labour or Reform, it’s a test for the wider Left. There’s a real chance of a shock Green win. So what do we do? Sit it out because the Greens aren’t “our team”? Or unite, back the Greens, and land a serious blow on Starmer?

The BBC gets worse.
The world looks at the latest Epstein files and sees serious questions for Trump. The BBC? Read their caption on the right.
And when they finally mention a foreign intelligence service, it’s not the obvious one...it’s Russia 😂

The BBC gave Mandelson a soft interview less than a month ago. This was a clear attempt to rehabilitate his reputation. The BBC have questions to answer on their relationship with this toad over the years including what stories about him did they bury?

Katherine Gun was charged for breaking the Official Secrets Act for leaking an email to try and stop the disastrous Iraq invasion. The case failed, if it hadn’t she faced up to 14 years in jail.
Will Mandelson be charged for breaking the same Act for his many leaks to Epstein?

Truly amazing. Watching a 9 minute report on the BBC 1pm News on the latest Epstein files release.

No mention of the new allegations against Trump.

Nine minutes and they don’t mention Trump? This is literally misinformation.

I did not have this on my lifetime bingo card let alone my 2026 one, but I agree with Sepp Blatter! Everyone should boycott the World Cup in the fascist USA. Mexico and Canada are co-hosting go there instead. (And yes the pic actually is Blatter!)

What is the difference between the Tories and Reform? Take out the different colour rosettes and the personalities what’s really different? Reform is just the new model of a series.

It's interesting to see the way establishment media on the BBC and Sky are covering Labour's "we can't afford elections" argument.
They would never cover Putin, China or Iran using this rationale in the same "yes this make sense" way they're doing for Labour.

Imagine what a Reform Home Secretary would do with this power to sack police chiefs? Labour doing what the Democrats did, putting in the infrastructure for a future fascist government to take to the max.

She makes a fair point. I’m no fan of this centrist podcast, but credit to Maitlis for forcing the issue. It’s increasingly hard to watch Trump and not suspect a serious cognitive problem. Let experts judge, but the signs are becoming impossible to ignore.

One of the best descriptions / diagnosis of Starmer and why's he's so disliked delivered by @zackpolanski.bsky.social in this clip. Starmer was a globally acclaimed human rights lawyer and he now shows "that no point did he believe in what he was doing". A total moral void.

Lots of politics on the news today, Tories, Reform and Labour.
None of them talking about inequality, reinvesting in public services, rent controls or the climate.
This May we go all in for the Greens, or we stay stuck in neoliberal hell.
