On December 2, 1986 at 12:05am, Desi Arnaz dies in his daughter's arms following a battle against an aggressive form of lung cancer he had since March

Chemo & radiation treatments left him near bald & weighing less than 100lbs

We had been married for 9 yrs but when I saw her coming down the aisle with her bouquet & wedding dress & hat, I got as much of a thrill as the first time, perhaps even more. We've always thought the interest of the kids was number one. What we wanted was secondary to what was best for the children. They love their mother very much & they're also very fond of me. Of course I'm crazy about them. I know that nothing in life comes before my kids. #desilu
