Armstrong, DPM, MD, PhD, Distinguished Professor of Surgery and Neurological Surgery at the University of Southern California, delivered two featured lectures in Lima, Peru, highlighting the intersection of innovation, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing chronic disease and diabetic foot care.
