Troops sent would be taking over the role of fighting Hamas. No country would be willing to invest the money to rebuild Gaza if terrorists are not disarmed and removed from power. If an ISF is created, they'll have a LOT of casualties, probably much more than Israel had.

Fetterman has been a strong proponent of the ACA, supports abortion rights, trans rights.
MTG called the ACA bullshit, she called abortion "genocide," she calls transgender identity a "mental illness."

The 1988 Hamas charter is known for its stated call for the destruction of Israel and its use of antisemitic and conspiracy-theory language. Hamas released a revised policy document in 2017 to temper some of this rhetoric to improve its image, but didn't rescind the 1988 charter.
