did:plc is a random string of 24 characters, but its hosted by Bluesky Social PBC so u are relying on them, u dont have full control over it, even on a third party PDS.
now, there *are* some cons to using did:web..
like since u can't change ur did, u have to rely on keeping ur domain forever
