I have struggled with over eating up and down for the past 7 years! This isn't funny any more. I got to be committed and disciplined. No more games. I do not need a sweet treat, I don't need to eat garbage any more. Nobody is making me f4t. I have done this to myself. It all ends now.

I cannot put any more garbage in my body all it does is make me feel sick! This extra 25 pounds is not comfortable! I am not happy being overweight. I do not like my body at all. I am going to lock tf in, walk every day, eat 200-900 calories a day, drink water and get thin.
