I'm not some highly paid pundit, nor a historian, and hell, I only have a communications degree from a state universtiy, but I have to think that the thing that is most troubling for the rest of the world is not the president — but that neither our Congress nor our SCOTUS are stopping him.

There's a lot of jokes to be had here. But the sad reality is that our president is incapacitated by his own mind and he's being allowed to steer our country into a fucking brick wall, by those who should be taking the car keys from him!
This is not a rational person. And this is deeply disturbing coming from an American President. NATO is not our enemy—they are unequivocally our closest friends and allies.
