The newest Forestry England course is nearing completion.

Haldon Forest outside of Exeter will be open for play in time for the October Half term.

Free to play with dual tees it’s perfect for first time and experienced players alike.
Our new DiscGolf/Footgolf baskets are being installed @boxendpark in Bedford part of their expansion to an 18 hole course. Go and check them out, great fun for the whole family!
A photo from the new Green position of Cotswold View hole 14. This is another one that we wanted 7 years ago when first designing the course and now thanks to some storm damage and understory clearance it’s possible!

New signature hole activated!

After a very wet and long day all baskets and signage are now installed at our latest course. Just waiting on a new engine for the chipper for the final clearance work to open for play.

Coming Soon to the NE of England. #discgolf #discgolfuk #discgolfcoursedesign
Hole 5 of another new course we’ll be installing by the end of the month. 105 meter downhill shot through the trees.

We’re delighted to announce the new Dual tee 9 hole course at Alice Holt near Farnham on the border of Surrey and Hampshire is open to play.

Disc hire will be available soon from the Forestry England Visitor centre on site.

Pictures are pre clearance but the fairways have now been cleared.
Back in the New Year to continue the design and marking out of this superb new course.

Maggie found her favourite tree again and growing underneath we found a Scarlet Elf Cap, first time seeing this beautiful splash of colour in the winter wild!

Clearance has begun on a new 18 hole course, first job is pulling all the dead and fallen timber out.

There’s a lot!

It was great to have a quick tour with Tom Fox around the new holes and developments at Hindleap Warren on the way back from prepping a new course install nearby yesterday.

The Warren course is a lot of fun and the team are doing a great job bringing it together!

Spent the last two days lugging 4 tonnes of materials up a very steep hill in preparation for our latest course install. Tired to say the least!

This is hole 2, a sinuous fairway playing across the slope. Still some clearance to go but should be ready to play in Jan.

That feeling when you wish you could put the hole in you want.

It’d be good….if we could….but we can’t.

Fortunately there’s loads of other incredible holes out there so we’ll survive (and importantly, so will the players)

What’s the most dangerous hole you’ve played?

Designing a new course in a huge woodland of deep valleys and beautiful fern lined streams.

Not all the streams are going to be usable but we’re going to make use of all the ones we can.

This course is shaping up to be one of our favourites to date.

Ripley Castle or Felin Geri for us. Probably Felin Geri for the whole package (accommodation, food, atmosphere etc. )
A selection of photos from our latest course design.

Going to be a lovely 18 holer with huge variety in landscape. Hills, woods, water and open spaces, it’s got everything it needs to be a top one, now we just need to bring it all together!

Maggie’s 1st day at a new course we’re designing. She was exhausted and went on strike towards the end of the day by jumping into a tree and stopping!

The tree is actually in the perfect spot for the basket for the par 4 10th, good idea? Bad idea? What do you think?

When you’re out course designing with the dog and there’s a wide open field….. it’d be rude not to throw at least one for her.

Gorgeous new course in the works, it was our second day on site and will need a couple more but should be top five in the UK when ready.

Sounds good! Hopefully in time, we’ve got lots and lots of projects ongoing all over the country, those two are woods we’ve not looked at yet.
Mmmmm, British made Barons.

Manufactured at our factory in England these were the first putter and one of 10 different molds we currently produce in a range of plastics.

Our baseline is made from primarily post consumer recycled plastics.

Baskets won’t be installed there till probably February and the course is only likely to be open around then to play, it is coming though! They have a lot of clearance and ground prep work to do first though
Ahh, that one pictured is actually Alice Holt in Hampshire….. however, next time you’re at Delamere If you walk over the train bridge towards the gruffalo trail you might see some strange tape marking trees on what might be fairway shaped areas on the right hand side of the main path….
Whereabouts are you based? Most areas of the country now have a good course to start playing on
Hopefully no badgers this time 🤣(there definitely isn’t, we checked!)
