Yesterday I baked a batch of cookies to donate. It brought up lots of mixed feelings about my childhood. I posted the picture to my FB & my mom saw it

Spending the afternoon baking winter cookies for the grandsons of a lady I am acquainted with. She's taking care of them right now and at over 70 she needs a little help.
When I was a kid we didn't get that help and I'll never forget the Christmas with no gifts.

Nothing I take for medication is to lengthen my life. Instead, its only use is to keep me comfortable & hopefully prevent a painful passing I cannot control until the time comes that I can control it
