I would also think it has been the reason why I lack any energy to do much regardless of my enthusiasm towards making progress on things. Possibly even some mental troubles in there as well but it's too early to tell honestly, so I'll leave that for now.

I also kinda speculate exactly why this is happening and the part that sucks is that it's not something I can just curve on a dime. I've been actively working on it for nearly 4 years now and I'm anywhere but close to being able to say I'm "better" from it or can handle my own.

I feel like this needs a little further context.

I was recently diagnosed with NAFLD as well as bouncing around stage 1 and 2 hypertension on a daily basis.

It may not sound too horrible but considering the fact I'm in my early 20's, It kinda makes me concerned about the next 10 years.
