I have seen very few (academic) projects doing both causal discovery and inference in general, and definitely not with this dataset. It's a great idea to push this further IMHO. Seems underexplored at the moment, likely because it's difficult to combine both methods, but nonetheless worth trying.

Thank you for sharing. I have been looking for good examples of applying causal discovery and inference in a more realistic healthcare setting and this looks like a nice case.
