I haven't experimented with all the omamori yet but the suzuran one makes perfect dodges laughably easy, and if you have the rabbit (if ur on ng+) and mantis omamori those combo together for basically infinite health lmao

for people struggling with silent hill f's combat: use focus charged attacks, most enemies are shut down by focus attacks on story and hard difficulty. you can also use the hawk omamori to decrease the charge time by a significant margin
