I made an improvised "hamburger helper" type one skillet meal tonight. I added some heavy cream at the end for some richness. The result tastes good but is missing something. I realize now I should've used sour cream instead. I have none on hand, though, so this is fine, but next time...

@techconnectify.bsky.social I just watched the latest vid on the projector. I remember something called the Digistar projector that was designed for planetariums. It was also a super-bright CRT being projected by a lens, though in monochrome. I was curious if you had run across it in your research.
