I completely bought into the “this is my dream job at my dream school in my dream town” speech at his opening press conference. I used to go back and listen to it because it was so moving. As a player he pulled us up from 28 years of failure. Then he left like a snake at the first sign of trouble.

Most of the big donors have come to realize he’s not head coach material. That fact isn’t a surprise to any of them. It has nothing to do with whether they like him personally. They took care of him with a buyout.

She supported Woody Allen after he married his daughter AND after another daughter accused him of molestation. Can’t believe folks call her great and put her on a pedestal.

I have a hard time calling her great. She supported Woody after he married his step daughter and stayed by his side after he was accused of molestation by another daughter.

After living through 28 straight losing seasons I have seen first hand how difficult it is to recover from this. A winning program is precious and the moment that is lost immediate action needs to be taken. I hope Oregon State leadership is up for the task.
