Seems that SoundCloud have issued a response.
It’s a reassuring post but it’s interesting how so many people (myself included) raised the alarm on this because it seemed like it was already too late. I’d take that as lesson next time a provider/platform issues a large scale change in T&Cs.

Just spent 30 minutes working on a riff. Building it up, adding in some bass. Thinking to myself
“This is coming together nicely”.
Throw a pad over the top, really starting to take shape now. Happy with this.

Then I realise I’ve accidentally remade the riff from “You’re Not Alone” by Olive.
Doh!
