I have exactly three cases where I actually sat down and did digital #art properly (two #vtuber dinofications and my schedule/stream background) instead of quick doodles (my scuffed lore video is my biggest example).
The differences from the amount of effort I did are huge IMO

I'm still far off where I would like to be as a digital artist. I'm at the point where I would much rather jump onto Vgen and find the thing I want for gifts or my own projects.
My main issue is time, I love doing this stuff on the side!

The "100% effort" pieces: For the backgrounds, I researched how to do effects such as Northern Lights for the night version and re-repainted the top part of the water to get it right!

For the Dinos, I researched species, created moodboards and heavily referenced both what I found and the streamers.

Scuffed art can really have its own charm and be a great way to express yourself, while learning some fundamentals and not burning out from pressure

The Ghost Template chibis taught me how to use GIMP better, while the Scuffed Dinos showed me things in Krita. Gacha Club pngs are also fun to edit!

Ok so combining this with the other stuff...

Raider comes in

"Hey, do !yesclip if you want clip shoutouts or !noclip to opt out"

If yes, they can do !clip after a raid, if no, they never get asked again

Security:
Give user !Raider role for 5 minutes and !clip can only be redeemed by that role?

I'm trying to automate as much as possible - most of my mods are doing their own thing and a lot of my VIPs say they like lurking
Ideally you'd get a popup that says "Do you ever want a clip shoutout?" and it would assign a tag to you?

I know a lot of people hate getting clip shoutouts so I'm trying to figure out a way to hit the middle-ground.

I've turned on "Raiders Only" for it, but I'd like to refine it more

One solution I have is to only do Featured Clip shoutouts (thank you Firebot) - but I'd want an Opt-In too. Any ideas?
