It's such an exciting and joyful experience for me. There's a lot of canyoning in the PNW & Utah and I think there's some that can be found on the east coast. If you aren't afraid of heights and are able bodied I would highly recommend checking out a guided tour.

I see it as healing generational wounds. Myself and women in my lineage have been extracted from so much. Systems are still in place to continue to uphold that extraction. It is still normalized and expected. I refuse to uphold that and demand better for myself.
